Paediatric Nurse Banding: 5 Location: Worcester Pay Rates: £17.50 - £32 per hour (PayE: Days £17.50, Nights/Saturdays £22.50, Sundays/Bank Holidays £28; Umbrella: Days £20, Nights/Saturdays £25.60, Sundays/Bank Holidays £32) Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and young people. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with individual patient needs. Monitor patients’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes. Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with Trust policies. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff. Communicate effectively with children and their families, offering reassurance, education, and emotional support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
