Who You Are You’re not just a trainer—you’re a salesperson at your core. You know how to sell an opportunity, identify raw talent, and inspire people to chase big goals. Sales-Driven Mindset A Natural Closer: You can turn “I’ll think about it” into “Where do I sign?” People Whisperer: You have a talent for reading people, identifying potential, and matching them to the right opportunities. Resilient & Relentless: You don’t stop until the job is done—and done well. Experience: Prior experience in sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition is a huge plus. What You’ll Do Onboard and Train Sales Agents in their first 90 Days: Build strong relationships with new team members and guide them in their first 90 days of training on the team. Develop and Deliver Tailored Training Programs: Create customized training materials and workshops focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship strategies. Collaborate with leadership to define training goals and new agent benchmarks. Mentor and Coach Sales Agents: Provide one‑on‑one coaching, ongoing feedback, and personalized guidance to help agents overcome challenges and achieve their sales targets. Track Sales Performance and Analyze Sales Metrics: Regularly evaluate the progress of team members and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable solutions. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest real estate trends, technology, and best practices to keep our team at the cutting edge.
