In this role, you will manage purchasing activities, optimize sourcing strategies, and build strong supplier partnerships to deliver cost efficiency, quality, and reliability. What will You Do? Drive the procurement strategy across manufacturing and distribution operations, aligning sourcing decisions with business growth objectives. Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Partner with operations, supply chain team, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, margin performance, and customer satisfaction. Oversee contracts negotiation and foster strong, long-term supplier relationships—both domestic and international. Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Implement purchasing best practices, tools, and systems to support, efficiency, and operational excellence. What would you bring? Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, procurement analytics, and date-driven decision-making tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a proven track record of building collaborative relationships. Experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
