Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range

• Base compensation: $2,600 per month
• Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealership's compensation plan
• Expected total annual earnings: $60,000-$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Top performers may earn more. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and other factors.

What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships by assisting customers throughout every step of the vehicle purchasing process.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct engaging test drives tailored to each customer's needs.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, digital opportunities, and community involvement.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Utilize the dealership's CRM system to manage customer communications and sales activities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, manufacturer programs, and competitive products.
• Collaborate with managers and finance personnel to deliver a seamless purchase experience.
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the sales team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns repeat business and referrals.

Experience and Skills
What You'll Bring

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Previous dealership or automotive sales experience preferred
• Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
