Senior Director, Solution Consulting

Lead the OneRail Solutions Consulting team Help prospective and existing customers solve complex last-mile fulfillment challenges Develop a high-performing Solutions Consulting organization Establish methodologies, best practices, and consulting standards Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and continuous learning Build repeatable consulting assets and optimize fulfillment strategies Partner with Sales leadership and guide customers through transformation initiatives Monitor industry trends and represent OneRail as an industry thought leader Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or other consultative customer-facing roles Experience presenting to C-suite executives Proven experience developing and presenting executive business cases, ROI analyses, and financial justification models Technical aptitude with a strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, enterprise architecture, and enterprise platforms such as ERP, OMS, WMS, and TMS solutions Ability to travel domestically and internationally Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Solutions Consulting with a focus on developing high-performing teams and optimizing fulfillment strategies. Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and present complex business cases and financial models.
