Senior Director, IT Sourcing

Define and execute multi-year IT sourcing strategies aligned to CSL Technology Modernization programs. Develop value delivery frameworks via strategic partnership models, ensuring measurable outcomes across cost, innovation, and capability uplift. Align sourcing strategies with enterprise technology investment priorities and governance forums. Proactively work with the business to reduce technical debt and collaborate on improving rigor to avoid new technical debt being created through partnerships and technical platforms sourced from within non-IT functions. Establish executive-level governance models with strategic IT suppliers aligned to CSL Partnership Enterprise Office principles. Orchestrate supplier relationships across all levels including C-suite engagement to drive collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Lead governance forums, performance reviews, and value tracking mechanisms across IT partnerships. Own global IT sourcing categories including software, cloud, infrastructure, cyber, and digital services. Lead complex commercial negotiations with hyperscalers, SaaS vendors, and strategic technology partners. Establish KPIs, ensure value delivery, and oversee supplier performance and risk mitigation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain or related field required MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum 15+ years of senior leadership experience Proven experience managing complex global supplier ecosystems or strategic partnerships Deep expertise in IT sourcing including cloud, software, infrastructure and digital services Experience operating in global matrix environments and influencing executive stakeholders Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or related industry preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in IT sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and governance frameworks, with a strong focus on delivering measurable value and innovation in global environments. Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical industry.
