$60k - $80kIndy Child Therapist LLC
Full Time Position (will consider part time for fully licensed therapist only) This position is a strong fit for a clinician who genuinely loves working with elementary‑aged children and uses evidence‑based, play‑based approaches to support emotional, behavioral, and relational growth. The primary client population will be younger children presenting with mood, anxiety, attachment, and behavioral concerns. Therapists in this role view parents and caregivers as active partners in treatment and understand that meaningful change happens both inside and outside the therapy room. This includes regular caregiver collaboration, parent coaching, and intentionally translating in‑session work into strategies families can use at home. The right clinician for this position is comfortable moving fluidly between child‑centered play, directive play‑based interventions, and caregiver involvement, and understands how to tailor approaches to a child’s developmental and relational needs. Preference will be given to clinicians who are trained in Theraplay or who are motivated to pursue additional training in attachment‑based and parent‑involved models.
