Now Hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Duluth, GA. Contract to Hire - $22.00 - 28.00/hour - Position has the potential to promote into a Lead role.
Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00 - fully in office - MUST have recent SAP experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison for customer inquiries and product/service information
- Assist in leading the team
- Handle escalation calls
- Respond to client issues and maintain a healthy business relationship
- Support sales team with lead generation and CRM activities
- Follow up on warm leads via email and phone
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM (including A9 system)
- Perform all order entry functions, including pricing and terms verification, order entry and confirmations, new customer setup, quotation management
- Communicate with customers via phone/email about: pricing, availability, product info, shipping status, lead times, and more
- Coordinate with shipping, supply, and purchasing teams
- Follow up on customer repairs and credit return requests
- Create “Tickets” for Product Specialists and Application Support
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- SAP required (recent usage)
- MS Office Suite
- High energy with a friendly demeanor
