Functional Lead Or Solution Architect

USC, GC, TN & GC/H4-EAD Preferred We need thought leaders to run, change and transform the business at client. This loaded role encompasses solution architect, functional lead and project manager. Key responsibilities will include:

• Drive the implementation efforts
• Design and architect the enhancements
• Support and debug implemented solution and interfaces
• Document and manage business requirements
• Contribute to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
• Support testing and user training.

Qualifications required:

• Functional professional with 2+ ERP financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and a senior team member or team lead on at least 1 full cycle implementation.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience implementing Oracle financials management applications for AR, AP, GL, FA, planning and budgeting, close and consolidation, taxation, expense.
• Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, user training.
• Must have experience collaborating with business users on business process enhancements.
• Designing invoice EDI solutions for customers.
• Should have progressing skills in business analysis, business knowledge, architecture knowledge, technical solution design of financial processes and modules.
• Good process understanding of core financial processes as well as integration points with procurement and OM.
• A bachelor's degree in computers or applied sciences (engineering).

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Experience with Hyperion and automated invoice processing is a plus
• Exposure to OBIEE
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
