Team Name: World of Warcraft Job Title: Outsource Supervisor, Implementation - World of Warcraft | Irvine, CA or Remote Requisition ID: R026945 Job Description As an Outsource Supervisor, Implementation, you will ensure World of Warcraft character art assets—such as weapons, armor, creatures, pets, mounts, and more—transition into game‑ready assets. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines while maintaining quality, and you will uphold documentation to keep training aligned with our pipelines and workflows. This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with on‑site and remote work. The potential home studio is Irvine, CA, but remote work arrangements may also be possible. Responsibilities Passionate about game art, technical, and artistic workflows Organized with file management and juggling a variety of assets Strong communication, collaboration, and a passion to learn Experienced in processing art assets into a game engine Knowledge of rigging, skinning for creature and character animation Knowledge of FX, materials, and particle systems Maintaining documentation and training Production experience with JIRA, FLOW, and Excel Managing bugs, their solutions, and prevention Ensuring the growth and success of Implementation Artists Detail‑oriented, QA mindset Passion for stylized and hand‑painted character art Self‑driven, creative problem solver, and a great team‑first attitude Experience with outsourcing Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience 3DSMax, Photoshop, or equivalent software Production experience with JIRA, FLOW, Excel Character art – model, texture, rig, animation, material, and FX Managing game‑ready assets and files Experience with game engines and tools Collaboration across large and varying teams Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Warcraft’s lore, rewards, and items Experience with non‑proprietary tools and game engines Affinity for fantasy and hand‑painted art Pay & Benefits In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 – $55.14 hourly. This range reflects the expected base pay for new hires across all U.S. locations and may vary based on experience, performance, and location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive compensation, which is not guaranteed.
