Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines. Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to implement care plans. Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document findings accurately. Collaborate with physicians, case management, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain patient safety and provide education and support to patients and families as appropriate. Requirements Active RN license to practice in California. Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week commitment. Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and supervisory skills. Ability to coordinate care in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a high-acuity oncology setting.
