Baseten is hiring a People Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market organization during a pivotal growth phase. You will be deeply embedded with GTM leadership, shaping org design, leadership development, and talent strategies to enable high-performing teams across San Francisco and New York offices. You will partner with Leaders to drive performance, engagement, and retention while balancing compliance and risk.
