Strategic HR Business Partner: Org Design & Talent Growth

Coinbase is seeking an HR Business Partner to own the full HRBP lifecycle for client groups, partnering with leadership to translate business strategy into people and org strategy. You will use data and sound judgment to influence how Coinbase scales, including org design, performance management, and employee development. You will drive coaching for leaders, design and implement people programs, and strengthen cross-functional partnerships across the People Team COEs to ensure cohesive delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coinbase
