Job Overview:
Pay Range: $22.00hr - $23.00hr Requirement/Must Have:- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain department specific forms.
- Handle SFS information updates and password resets.
- Prepare various quarterly reports.
- Perform reporting and tracking of equipment distribution and maintenance.
- Record meeting minutes and notes.
- Provide main line telephone coverage.
- Monitor the Business Office mailbox and distribute all contents.
- Oversee file storage and disposition.
- Operate postage machine daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
