Admin Assistant
Location: 26 Center Circle Wassaic New York 12592
Duration: 6 months Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Duties to include:
- Basic office equipment operation
- Confirming receipt of goods and services
- Invoice payments via State Financial System
- Paper and electronic filing of documents
- Other duties as assigned
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
