PRN Mobile Assessor / Day Shifts

Mobile Assessor PRN 12 hours Day Shift Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. (BHC) provides patient‑focused, comprehensive mental health services, including 24‑hour crisis response. This role involves mobile mental health assessment at contracted emergency rooms and hospitals. Responsibilities Conduct crisis intervention, mental health assessment, counseling, and referral source assessments. Provide memorandum of transfer and determine appropriate level of care. Triage patients to suitable services based on assessment of risk factors. Recommend treatment facilities and pathways for patients. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field. Licensure/Certification: Current license as LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW or RN; current CPR if required; valid driver’s license. Experience: Completion of appropriate internship including individual, group, or family therapy; experience providing individual, group and family therapy; mobile assessment experience preferred.
