Mobile Assessor PRN Varied Shifts

Position Mobile Assessor PRN (12 hours varied shifts) to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals at Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. Job Responsibilities Provide mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals. Recommend the appropriate level of treatment based on assessment of risk factors. Triage patients to appropriate services. Conduct crisis intervention, counseling, and referral source activities. Prepare memorandum of transfer. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field. Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPC-A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Registered Nurse (RN). Current CPR certification, if required by a customer hospital. Valid driver’s license. Completion of required internship providing individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
