We are seeking skilled and experienced On-Call Cooks for our Emerald Crest Memory Care facilities, Cassia communities. This position works in our commissary kitchen, located in Burnsville. Position Type: On-Call Pay Range: $22.27 per hour depending on experience Location: 451 East Travelers Trail, Burnsville, MN 55337 Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals in our commissary kitchen in Burnsville.
• Package meals to be picked up by our courier service for delivery to our 3 locations (Burnsville, Minnetonka, and Shakopee).
• Assist with ordering food and general supplies.
• Assist with receiving and verifying all food deliveries.
• Assist with maintaining proper inventory for each site.
• Maintain positive communication between the commissary kitchen and households to ensure residents diet needs are being met.
• Maintain all state and federal compliance.

Cook Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial and/or quantity cooking equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with others

About Us: Emerald Crest offers a specialized assisted living setting for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia-related conditions.
