About This Role The RN Home Care Infusion position involves providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on individualized assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of care needs. Highlights Pay: $54,163/year Location: Eatontown, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Part-time (Mon, Wed, Fri) What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs. Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy. Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation. Utilize an interdisciplinary team and document all activities accurately. Complete nursing assessments and medication reconciliations. Update care plans within two weeks of changes in patient status. Act as a liaison among physicians and healthcare team members. Respond to after-hours messages and perform unscheduled patient visits as necessary. Maintain awareness of new standards and incorporate them into nursing practice.
