Hearing Rehabilitation Center, a private hearing healthcare practice in New Baltimore, MI is seeking a part-time Front Office Professional to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community for many years and we are passionate about providing both the best healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. Hours are 9AM-5PM Monday Thursday. (4 days a week). Off on Fridays.

We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the healthcare field. The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

• Answering phones, confirming patient appointments.
• Coordinates reception area activities to promote communication throughout the office.
• Verify insurance and eligibility with the insurance company.
