Core Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule crew members to ensure adequate coverage during your shift.
• Customer Service: Ensure the team provides prompt, friendly service and resolve any customer complaints with courtesy.
• Quality Control: Monitor food preparation, cooking, and plating processes to guarantee compliance with company recipes and quality standards.
• Health & Safety: Enforce sanitation regulations, manage food safety compliance, and maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Operations & Administration: Handle opening and closing procedures, compile cash registers, and track inventory to order needed supplies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Physical: Must be capable of standing for long periods (often 8+ hours) and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Conflict resolution: Ability to handle employee disputes and de-escalate customer conflicts calmly.
• Time management: The ability to prioritize tasks quickly and keep the restaurant running smoothly during unexpected rushes.
• Certifications: Will need to possess or be available to pass a food handler exam
