Administrative Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite position Position Summary We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our EC motor and motor control product lines serving HVAC, refrigeration, air movement, and industrial applications. This role will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to develop marketing materials, support product launches, manage digital marketing initiatives, and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities Create and manage LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital marketing campaigns. Develop product brochures, flyers, presentations, website content, and marketing collateral. Design, maintain, and update company websites to support marketing initiatives and product promotions. Create product messaging and value propositions for EC motors, controls, and related products. Support new product launches and go-to-market activities. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research. Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, lead generation, campaign management, and customer outreach. Plan, coordinate, and host marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and customer engagement activities. Assist with customer presentations, sales meetings, and trade show support. Develop sales tools, application guides, training materials, and customer-facing documentation. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and sales strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, or industrial marketing experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating marketing collateral, digital content, and website content. Ability to understand technical products and communicate customer benefits effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, CRM, and marketing platforms. Familiarity with AI marketing tools and digital marketing technologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience in HVAC, motors, controls, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related industries. Familiarity with OEM sales environments. Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, website management, and content creation. Experience hosting marketing events, webinars, or trade shows.
