Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Line Cook role based in Boulder, CO. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution during service. Daily tasks include prepping, setting up, and closing stations, organization of ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and collaborating with the kitchen team during prep and service. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a commitment to delivering fine‑dining quality dishes. Qualifications Professional line cook or culinary experience in a restaurant environment, preferably fine dining or upscale casual. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, food safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and chef instructions with consistency and precision. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and reliability in a fast-paced kitchen. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
