Legal Administrative Assistant - Hybrid - Long-Term Temp / In-House

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a respected organization in its search for a Legal Administrative Assistant to support its in-house Legal Department in Wilmington, Delaware. Position Details Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 remote Location: Wilmington, DE Pay Rate: Approximately $25/hour Duration: Approximately 9–12 month assignment Key Responsibilities Coordinate and obtain signatures for legal documents Monitor and replenish United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) deposit account funds Schedule and coordinate meetings for legal staff Order and maintain office supplies and equipment Sort, screen, and distribute incoming mail Generate purchase requisitions in accordance with company procedures Coordinate occasional travel arrangements Prepare expense and reimbursement reports Assist with special projects, deadline tracking, and additional administrative support tasks Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office tools Physical Requirements Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing This is a high‑volume screen‑based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage including reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within a professional or legal environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions within a Legal Department Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a current resume for immediate consideration.
