$70,000 to $100,000 + Benefits + 401(k) We're partnering with a well-established commercial glazing contractor seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in curtain wall, storefront, window wall, façade, or building envelope systems who wants to work on high-profile projects across healthcare, hospitality, commercial high-rise, and complex vertical construction markets. You'll play a critical role in the preconstruction process, working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver accurate and competitive estimates that help secure major projects. What You'll Be Doing Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents Performing detailed quantity takeoffs and developing accurate cost estimates Pricing curtain wall, storefront, window wall, glazing, and façade packages Preparing conceptual, budgetary, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates Soliciting and analyzing vendor and subcontractor quotations Managing scope reviews, pricing changes, and project revisions Supporting change order pricing and cost analysis Participating in value engineering discussions and cost-saving initiatives Working closely with project management and operations teams during preconstruction Assisting with proposal development and bid submissions Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners What We're Looking For 5+ years of estimating or project management experience within commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, window wall, or façade construction Experience working on healthcare, hospital, hospitality, high-rise, multifamily, or large commercial projects Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents Experience producing detailed takeoffs and competitive estimates Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team Preferred Software Experience On-Screen Takeoffs Why Consider This Opportunity 401(k) Matching Opportunity to work on landmark commercial projects Stable pipeline of work with a respected contractor Collaborative and team-focused culture Direct exposure to leadership and decision-makers Opportunity to make a genuine impact on project success from concept through completion #Estimator #Glazing #CurtainWall #Storefront #Facade #BuildingEnvelope #CommercialConstruction #Preconstruction #Bluebeam #Procore #ConstructionJobs #ProjectManagement #HiringNow #ConstructionCareers #OhioJobs #HealthcareConstruction #HighRiseConstruction #CommercialGlazing #J-18808-Ljbffr
