Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Up to $120,000 base salary A well‑established Florida General Contractor is looking to hire an experienced Estimator to support a growing pipeline of commercial and residential projects across Miami‑Dade County . This is a key hire for the business, offering long‑term stability, strong project exposure, and the opportunity to play a hands‑on role in winning and delivering high‑quality work. The Role You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates from concept through final bid, working closely with preconstruction, project management, and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Soliciting and analysing subcontractor and supplier pricing Conducting quantity take‑offs and cost comparisons Supporting bid strategy, value engineering, and cost planning Assisting with budget handover to project teams post‑award What We’re Looking For Proven Estimator experience with a Florida‑based General Contractor (essential) Strong knowledge of Miami‑Dade building practices, codes, and subcontractor markets Experience estimating commercial and/or multifamily residential projects Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids at once Proficiency with estimating software and Excel Detail‑oriented, organised, and commercially aware What’s on Offer Up to $120,000 base salary , depending on experience Strong pipeline of local work Stable, well‑run GC with repeat clients Opportunity to grow into a senior or lead estimating position If you’re an Estimator currently working with a Florida GC and looking for your next move in Miami‑Dade , this is a role worth exploring.
