We are seeking an experienced Insurance Analytics Lead / Data Analytics Engagement Manager to lead P&C Insurance Analytics & AI initiatives. The role will focus on client management, analytics strategy, project delivery, team leadership, and developing data-driven solutions across underwriting, claims, and pricing .
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with key P&C insurance clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Lead analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee delivery of data models, AI solutions, dashboards, and reporting.
- Lead and develop high-performing analytics teams.
- Drive client growth, proposals, RFPs, and new business opportunities.
- Identify project risks and manage delivery issues.
- Develop innovative analytics solutions for underwriting, claims, and pricing .
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Guide teams on analytics, modeling, visualization, and AI best practices.
- 10 15 years of data analytics experience.
- Strong P&C Insurance Analytics experience.
- Client management and consulting experience.
- SQL, Power BI, SAS .
- Data modeling, visualization, and advanced analytics.
- Generative AI / AI experience.
- Team leadership and project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
