This is an excellent opportunity for a senior program leader who understands how software vendors, technology alliances, virtualization platforms, technical validation programs, cloud marketplaces, and field enablement initiatives come together.The ideal candidate is not simply a traditional project manager. We are looking for someone who can operate across business, engineering, product, partner, and go-to-market organizations, establish structure around highly cross-functional initiatives, and keep multiple technical and commercial workstreams aligned through clear roadmaps, governance, executive communication, and disciplined follow-through.What You'll DoLead complex, cross-functional programs supporting Independent Software Vendor (ISV), technology alliance, and partner ecosystem initiatives.Build and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestone plans, dashboards, dependencies, risks, and executive-level status reporting.Coordinate deliverables across partner organizations, engineering teams, product groups, field teams, technical stakeholders, and business leadership.Drive accountability for actions, decisions, dependencies, and commitments across multiple internal and external stakeholders.Support programs involving virtualization, platform compatibility, technical validation, certification, marketplace readiness, and partner enablement.Coordinate technical validation activities while working closely with engineering and subject-matter experts responsible for architecture and final technical approval.Establish governance rhythms including program reviews, action tracking, escalation management, and executive communications.Identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early and drive them toward resolution.Translate complex technical and business discussions into clear plans, decisions, communications, and measurable next steps.Maintain executive-ready dashboards and program documentation that provide clear visibility into progress, ownership, risks, and upcoming milestones.Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure partner initiatives progress from planning through validation, enablement, and launch.Improve program processes and operating models as partner ecosystems and initiatives scale.What We're Looking For15+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally including significant ownership of enterprise-scale programs.Strong background managing complex, cross-functional technology or business programs involving numerous stakeholders and dependencies.Demonstrated experience creating and managing:Program roadmapsExecutive dashboardsMilestone and dependency trackingRisk and issue registersStakeholder action plansProgram governanceExecutive communicationsExperience supporting one or more of the following is highly desirable:ISV or technology partner programsStrategic alliancesPartner ecosystemsVirtualization technologiesTechnical validation or certification programsCloud or software marketplacesStrong technical literacy with the ability to understand discussions involving infrastructure, virtualization, software platforms, integrations, validation, and enterprise technology ecosystems.Ability to work effectively with engineers and architects without needing to personally serve as the solution architect or final technical authority.Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to turn complicated discussions into concise executive updates, decisions, and actionable plans.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive progress across teams where direct reporting relationships may not exist.Strong organizational judgment and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and changing dependencies.The Profile Most Likely to SucceedWe are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in environments such as:Enterprise software or infrastructure companiesCloud, virtualization, or platform technology organizationsISV partner or alliance organizationsPartner engineering or ecosystem teamsTechnology marketplace programsEnterprise product or platform organizationsLarge-scale technical certification or validation programsStrong candidates may have previously held titles such as Senior Program Manager, Principal Program Manager, Business Program Manager, Technology Alliance Program Manager, Partner Program Manager, ISV Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Partner Ecosystem Program Manager.What Makes This Opportunity DifferentThrough CornerStone Technology Talent Services, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a highly visible enterprise technology initiative where success depends on bringing structure, accountability, and clarity to a complex ecosystem of business and technical stakeholders.
