Senior Manager, Systems & Collaboration Platforms Business Operations

Responsibilities

Execute operational priorities for Enterprise Planning and Collaboration Platforms ensuring day-to-day administration and platform reliability
Own business-side platform operations, partnering with Digital & Technology on system administration, access management, and incident resolution
Manage access approvals, user onboarding, operational support, issue intake, and request tracking processes
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities for system enhancements and releases with stakeholder engagement
Establish operational standards, service processes, governance documentation, and knowledge articles for compliance and consistent platform use

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years operational or enterprise planning experience
Cross-functional process alignment and initiative facilitation background
Enterprise planning, portfolio management, or collaboration platform support in regulated environments
Experience with Planisware, Planview Advisor, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform
Business-rule documentation, knowledge articles, UAT materials, and governance documentation development
Platform governance, change control, release management, and access governance experience
Adoption tracking, user engagement metrics, and service performance indicator monitoring
