Senior Litigation Paralegal

Law firm in Manhattan seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Must have 10+ years of experience in litigation to be considered.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Salary range: 120k - 140k base plus OT and bonus eligible

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced litigation support in complex civil cases, managing case files from inception through trial and appeal.
• Coordinate discovery processes, draft and file court documents, and conduct legal research to support attorneys.
• Assist in trial preparation, including creating case chronologies, exhibits, and managing post-trial procedures.
• Act as a procedural resource on court rules, requirements, and best practices for litigation processes.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure efficient case management and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage case files, including document production, deposition preparation, and trial participation.
• Conduct extensive legal and factual research to support case strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in litigation, ideally within mid to large-sized law firms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and court filing systems.
• Experience with trial preparation and participation, including managing exhibits and evidence.
• Strong research, proofreading, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
