Temporary Senior Paralegal

Our client is seeking a high-caliber Senior Paralegal to serve as a critical team player throughout the entire litigation lifecycle from initial discovery through trial, post-trial findings, and the appeals process. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of independent judgment and discretion, acting as a technical lead rather than administrative support.
shift: Bachelors
Case Lifecycle Management: Lead document collection, indexing, redaction, and production; manage e-discovery databases and file stripping at close.
Categorize documents, prepare fact chronologies, perform statistical analyses, and review transcripts for key references.
Conduct factual/case law research (Lexis/Westlaw); serve as primary liaison for internal departments and outside counsel.
Experience: 7+ years in commercial or IP litigation; Technical Filing: Expert-level mastery of Federal and NY State (NYSCEF) e-filing, service of process, and CPLR/local court rules.
Tools: Proficient in Lexis/Nexis, Docketing software, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
Commitment: Requires high-pressure multitasking, overtime, and travel for trials.
