Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an LDRP setting, including Labor and Delivery, triage, and postpartum
• Maintain patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on unit needs and patient acuity
• Float between units as needed based on staffing and census demands
• Participate in on-call coverage, with a maximum of once per pay period on a PRN basis
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and on an annual basis

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in LDRP, including Labor and Delivery, triage, and postpartum
• Prior travel nursing experience required; seasoned travelers only
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a critical access hospital environment
• Demonstrated flexibility with floating to sister facilities within the region
