Health Data Analyst

Providing analytical support and consultation, the full-time remote Health Data Analyst will assess pharmacy benefits performance, develop reports and models, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance departmental objectives. Key responsibilities Analyze client pharmacy benefit data and trends, delivering recommendations to stakeholders Investigate key drivers of benefit performance and create queries using Alteryx Participate in the development of analytic methodologies, models, and new products Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience 2 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting & analytics, or related field Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and formula creation Strong knowledge of the PBM industry and ability to communicate industry trends Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
