This position will interact internally with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Compliance, IT, Regulatory, and externally with the divisions business partners. This position will be focused on supporting the Companies’ automation initiatives and processing information received from partners. What you will do for C&F:Analyze reconcile, and triage data received from select partners to permitted parameters to allow for effective robotic process automation dailyCompile data and analyze for submission to States to satisfy regulatory reporting requirementsLead the annual MCAS (Market Conduct Annual Statement) process in compiling internal & external data for timely submission to the NAICDecompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and forms suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirementsPerform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standardsParticipate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctlyReduce or eliminate process redundancies and inefficienciesPerform special projects and assignments under the direction of senior personnelOther duties as assignedWhat you will bring to C&F:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required2 or more years of working experience preferredStrong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.Ability to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information with moderate supervisionAbility to establish a good rapport with all customers and business partnersDemonstrated concern for a high-level of service delivery and a strong focus on customer satisfactionCapability to analyze relevant aspects of a situation before reaching a conclusionStrong focus on accuracy when completing all projectsProvide a sustained effort and dedication to getting the job done well, while working continuously to produce superior work regardless of obstacles or setbacksDisplays personal concern, interest, pride and accountability in all areas of responsibilityAbility to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong organization and time management skills with exceptional attention to detailWhat C&F will bring to youCompetitive compensation packageGenerous 401K employer matchEmployee Stock Purchase plan with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time OffExcellent benefits that go beyond health, dental & vision. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $48,500.00 to a maximum of $71,200.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
