What You'll Do Assemble and prepare heat exchanger components for brazing operations. Perform brazing activities in accordance with work instructions and quality standards. Inspect products for accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process. Read and follow blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and production documentation. Work safely and efficiently while meeting production goals. Support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives. What We're Looking For Manufacturing, assembly, brazing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment.
