Senior Transactions Counsel - M&A & Private Financing

Airwallex seeks a senior transactions counsel to lead high‑impact corporate deals globally, from term sheets to post‑closing actions. You’ll design and execute domestic and cross‑border M&A and finance transactions, advise on structure, licensing, and governance, and shape post‑closing integration.
You’ll partner with the CEO’s Office and cross‑functional teams, manage external counsel, and build scalable processes leveraging LegalTech and AI for speed and consistency.
