What You’ll Do As a Bilingual Client & Case Management Specialist , you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand that guides clients through their legal journey. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring they feel supported, understood, and cared for from their very first call to the resolution of their case. Your key responsibilities include: Handle phone calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism and empathy. Listen carefully to clients’ needs and provide clear, compassionate guidance. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients always have accurate and timely information. Follow up on cases, maintain organized records, and ensure every detail is managed properly. Approach challenges with a calm, solution‑oriented attitude. Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is: Bilingual (English & Spanish) – fluent or native in both languages. A people person who enjoys making others feel heard, understood, and cared for. A natural problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure and enjoys finding solutions. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools. Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable working remotely with a quiet, professional workspace and high‑speed internet connection. Experienced in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or the legal field (preferred).
