IT Business Process Analyst

Supporting the Denver Service Center's IT initiatives, the full-time IT Business Process Analyst will document business processes, gather requirements, and provide user support for enterprise tool adoption in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide support for Microsoft Project Online and Point Online, managing permissions and project structures Gather and document business requirements, facilitating workshops and translating them into user stories Conduct systems analysis, develop design alternatives, and perform quality assurance for software enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a relevant discipline 2+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and producing user stories in an IT context Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Project Online, Point Online, or Power Platform Proven ability in conducting systems analysis and performing quality assurance for software enhancements 4+ years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement
