Job Full Description

Looking for a leadership role where you can drive results and build a strong, motivated team? As a Sales Manager, you'll lead sales efforts, support team development, and help grow business performance through strategy, coaching, and customer-focused solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and support a sales team to meet and exceed goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights
Support team members with training, mentorship, and ongoing development
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
Collaborate with leadership on pricing, promotions, and market strategy
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
