Nutritional Associate - Call Center (Hospital)

Job Overview Employment Type: Full time. Shift: 11am–7:30pm, five days a week with rotating weekends. This is a full‑time operator position in the Nutrition Services call center. The role involves taking patient meal orders, serving meals, picking up soiled trays, washing dishes, and assisting in various kitchen duties as needed. Responsibilities Assist patients in the nutrition services call center, taking orders over the phone and responding to patient or customer inquiries. Assist the kitchen on the patient tray line—assembling, retrieving, and cleaning patient trays; delivering carts to the correct floor and patients; assisting patients with their orders. Assist in other kitchen areas, such as the dish room, and restock food and beverages. Attend all allergy and foodborne illness in‑service training. Comply with all Trinity Health policies and procedures. Qualifications Computer‑literate. Experience or comfort with customer service in a call‑center or food‑service context.
