Plant Supervisor

Job Summary Responsible for supervision of employees within assigned shift. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the post processing team Train and coach team members on daily responsibilities, procedures or process changes Monitor performance of each team member and provide feedback Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently Prepare and produce daily production schedule, labels, MOs based on inventory and customer demand Communicate schedule changes with production and customer service timely Inspect the quality of products according to standards, and adjust settings as necessary Perform machine clean‑up, set‑up, and other functions associated with product changes Detect and report any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Manager Responsible for accurate daily production reporting and daily schedule control report Perform maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair Manage and maintain Mold Management system, including setup, location, and life cycle of all molds Determine and recommend purchase of new molds Participate in quarterly finished goods inventory Effectively communicate any issues related to schedule, raw materials, delivery delays, etc. with site leaders Maintain historical records by filing documents Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Job Requirements High School diploma or GED or equivalent training, experience, and education Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and managers Excellent communications skills, verbal, written, in‑person and by telephone Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and critical reasoning skills Strong analytical skills to gather data from multiple sources and report findings Ability to take initiative and work independently Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes, and protective glasses.
