Seeking a compassionate Night RN to provide high-quality care on the Medical Surgical floor. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, capable of assisting in the Emergency Room when needed, and committed to patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in the MedSurg unit during 3x12-hour night shifts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in the Emergency Room when required, leveraging clinical skills for urgent situations.
- Document patient information accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control protocols.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families.
- Current State or Compact RN license in Missouri or applicable state.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a MedSurg setting.
- Proven ability to work night shifts and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Successful completion of background check and reference verification.
- Ability to start ASAP and work a 36-hour weekly schedule, with flexibility for additional shifts.
