Key Responsibilities: As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will Utilize SAP to receive raw materials, packaging supplies, and purchased finished goods, and pull and prepare finished goods for shipment Maintain accurate inventory through double-checking quantities and reporting discrepancies. Report spills, damaged product, or any inventory loss immediately. Ensure compliance with all transportation and environmental regulations. Operate forklifts safely and follow all plant safety rules. Maintain housekeeping standards in warehouse and shipping areas. Accurately complete all required documentation. Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counting. Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS regulatory requirements. Load trucks for shipment and handle Bill of Lading paperwork. Create Production Orders in SAP for manufacturing. Perform customer-specific requirements such as labeling.
