Inside Sales Representative

Description

The Account Representative communicates directly with customers to win the scheduling of in-home demonstrations of our products, and make direct-to-consumer sales of products. This position sources and follows up on sales and customer leads from various sources, working with various scripts and product information provided. Must develop a strong product knowledge, and communicate effectively and confidently with customers, installers, and operations. • Coordinates across multiple business functions and departments to schedule demonstration and installation appointments nationwide. • Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. • Completes various periodic and recurrent career development and skills training sessions. • Focuses on qualifying inbound and outbound inquiries and converting them to appointments. • Sources new sales opportunities through lead follow-up. • Manages prospects through all stages of the appointment setting cycle. • Have a sales mentality, be able to overcome objections. Agent Role: Appointment Setter (Quality-First Call Center Agent) Purpose of the role: Set high-quality, issue-ready appointments by actively listening, following structured scripts, and ensuring the appointment is a strong fit, not just a yes. Primary Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and consistency • Follow approved scripts with natural delivery and compliance • Listen for readiness, hesitation, and key qualifying indicators • Ask clarifying questions to confirm fit and intent • Set appointments that are accurate, complete, and likely to hold • Document customer details and outcomes cleanly in the CRM system

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Available to work hybrid (WFH ONLY WHEN SHIFT FALLS ON THE WEEKEND) M-F will be in office. TRAINING WILL BE ALL IN OFFICE FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS • Minimum 1 year Collections/sales experience preferred (financial services, call center, retail, etc.) • High School Diploma or equivalent • Proficiency with Windows based applications • Familiarity with Zoom – teleconference equipment • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • An understanding of call center fundamentals • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to empathize with customers

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
