Mechanical Maintenance Technician - 

Keep Production Moving

You’re the one who hates seeing a production line sitting still.

You’d rather dive into the guts of a machine, track down the fault, and get it back online fast.

In this role, you’ll be the mechanical backbone of a heavy industrial manufacturing plant, keeping high-speed processing equipment running at maximum output and minimum downtime.

You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and fine-tune the equipment that keeps the entire operation moving.

What You'll Work On

You’ll support and maintain core production and support systems, including:

• High speed industrial processing equipment
• Mechanical components of manufacturing equipment
• Plant machinery, tooling, and shop equipment
• Mechanical and electrical devices on the production floor
• Preventive maintenance tasks and schedules
• Hazardous waste-related equipment and processes
• Production parts and tooling inspection against blueprints

You’ll be hands-on with shop equipment to install, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and tooling.

Your mission: keep the line running and the downtime shrinking.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keeping production at maximum by reducing mechanical-related downtime
• Operating and supporting high speed industrial processing equipment
• Performing mechanical troubleshooting with strong analytical skills
• Carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Using shop equipment to install, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and tooling
• Fabricating, assembling, and testing parts as needed for production support
• Inspecting production parts and tooling for conformance to engineering blueprints and diagrams
• Documenting work performed and communicating status in a timely and accurate manner
• Applying knowledge of OSHA requirements in daily work activities
• Working safely around hazardous waste materials and related processes
• Following established job safety practices, policies, and procedures
• Performing other related mechanical maintenance duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing plant experience
• Heavy industrial environment experience preferred
• Background operating high speed industrial processing equipment
• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Knowledge of hazardous waste materials
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical devices in a plant environment
• Proficiency using shop equipment to work on machinery and tooling
• THIS IS A DAYSHIFT ROLE (7-on 7-off)
