This engineering and manufacturing company designs solutions that require structural and dynamic performance analysis for customers across multiple markets. The position is based onsite in Tualatin, Oregon.

Job Type : this is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity.

Structural Engineer Responsibilities:

• Produce and stamp structural calculation and drawing packages in accordance with IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI requirements.
• Perform structural, seismic, vibration, FEA, and seismic anchorage analyses to validate design performance.
• Review customer specifications and construction drawings while supporting structural feasibility and preliminary design concepts.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, designers, and engineers to resolve technical requirements and RFIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers while supporting complex structural projects.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, flexible day shift hours

Pay : $120,000 – $170,000 annually

Structural Engineer Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Oregon Civil or Mechanical Professional Engineer license and California Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one within six months.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with structural, seismic, vibration, and seismic restraint anchorage analysis and calculations.
• Experience with FEA, structural calculations, stamped engineering packages, and structural design software such as RISA or similar.
