Our client is looking for strong leadership or the ability to grow into a leadership position. There is a clear path to promotion and it's a highly collaborative environment. Salary is very generous and health coverage is complete.

Requirements:
- BS or MS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- EIT registration; ability to sit for PE license within a year
- 3-5+ years of experience with seismic analysis and seismic strengthening
- Background working with diverse projects - higher education, commercial, institutional, industrial
- Experience in the evaluation and reinforcing of existing facilities
- Experience designing new facilities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and detailing skills
