This is a unique opportunity to influence company-wide decision-making, partner directly with the CEO and CFO, engage with investors and analysts, and help shape the long-term financial strategy of a growing public company.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is energized by leading in a flat organization where ideas matter more than titles.What You'll DoLead Enterprise Financial Planning & AnalysisAs the senior leader responsible for FP&A, you will drive the financial insights, planning processes, and strategic analysis that support executive and Board-level decision-making.You will:Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise financial modeling activities.Partner with executive leaders across the business to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes.Deliver timely and actionable analysis of performance versus plan, forecast, and prior-year results.Develop and monitor key performance indicators that provide visibility into business health and operational success.Continuously improve forecasting processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools.Build valuation and financial models supporting capital allocation, investment decisions, M&A opportunities, product profitability, and pricing strategies.Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic modeling to support growth initiatives.Provide financial guidance regarding investments, cost management, market opportunities, and business performance.Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic factors that may influence business outcomes.Lead and Elevate Investor RelationsYou will play a critical role in communicating XPEL's growth story to the investment community while supporting the CEO and CFO in external engagements.You will:Develop earnings support materials, investor presentations, executive talking points, and Q&A preparation documents.Coordinate logistics and content for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and Investor Day events.Maintain investor-facing communications, fact sheets, presentation materials, and website content.Monitor analyst models, consensus estimates, and valuation methodologies, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.Analyze shareholder composition, ownership trends, trading activity, and market sentiment.Support preparation of annual reports, proxy statements, and investor communications.Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures.Build and Develop High-Performing TeamsAt XPEL, leadership means creating opportunities for others to succeed.You will:Lead and develop FP&A and investor-relations support teams through coaching, mentorship, and performance development.Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Drive talent planning, succession development, and organizational capability building.Establish processes, policies, and best practices that enable scalable growth.Foster a culture where diverse perspectives are valued and every team member feels empowered to contribute.What Makes You SuccessfulYou are equally comfortable discussing long-term strategy with the Board as you are building a model, reviewing forecasts, or helping a team member solve a problem.You bring:Strong business and financial acumen.A bias toward action and results.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.Deep analytical capabilities and intellectual curiosity.The ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.A collaborative leadership style grounded in humility and accountability.A passion for developing people and building strong teams.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership responsibility.Prior experience leading and developing finance professionals and managers.Experience supporting public-company investor relations activities, including earnings support, analyst engagement, and disclosure coordination.Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and proxy statements.Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial analysis, and KPI development.Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Demonstrated success working directly with executive leadership teams.Ability to travel approximately 10-15%.PreferredMBA strongly preferred.CFA designation preferred.CPA designation a plus.Why XPEL?No TomorrowWe move with urgency, take action, and continuously pursue better outcomes.
