Rigging Repair Specialist

What you will be doing: Inspecting, repairing, testing, and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure it meets 4Wall standards and applicable safety regulations. Verifying repair documentation. Maintaining accurate equipment records. Assisting with parts management. Supporting equipment readiness for rental and show operations. This role may require travel to other 4Wall locations to assist with repairs, inspections, project support, and workload demands. When not traveling, you will support the daily operations of your local rigging department. What you bring to the table: Previous experience with theatrical rigging equipment or electric motors. Good troubleshooting and repair skills. The ability to multi‑task and work well in a fast‑paced environment without supervision. The ability to lift 75-100 lbs. What you should know: This position is full time. Availability for moderate to frequent travel. Occasional travel with short notice.
