Skilled Registered Nurse

At BrightStar Care, our mission is to provide opportunities for others to achieve more. We're looking for an RN to provide skilled visits for patients in their homes while delivering thoughtful, clinically focused care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform skilled nursing visits according to each patient's plan of care
• Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions
• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition
• Communicate patient needs and progress with the care team
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and providers

What You'll Need:

• Active, unrestricted Texas RN license
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
